You are part of the team from day one. That means you’re not just getting coffee. During your internship you will discover what it is like to work at a consultancy and engineering firm. How? By working on real issues that customers have submitted to us. Which question depends very much on the department where you will be doing an internship, but you could, for example, consider carrying out an energy scan.
You are also more than welcome at drinks and as an intern you will be part of our NextGen. The NextGen includes all colleagues up to and including 35 years of age. This group is involved in, among other things, organizing events for each other, discovering new techniques and events at schools. You probably also met us at such an event, but it’s nice to see how the organization works behind the scenes at a company. It is also nice that you will also meet NextGen people who work at our other locations.

Doing an internship can also be quite exciting. You don’t know anyone and you may have no idea what working life will be like. You will discover that at Vicoma, but not alone. We don’t just throw you in the deep end. We will provide you with the right guidance from an experienced technician. Your internship supervisor at Vicoma is your mentor during your internship period. You will soon notice that other colleagues are also happy to help you and that you can also contact them with questions. Perhaps not unimportant is that Vicoma is also a recognized training company.

As a student you also have costs and, because of the internship, you may have less time to earn money with your part-time job. Very understandable and that is why we will give you a nice internship allowance as a token of appreciation!
