As a Consultant at Vicoma, you understand that customers in an operational environment do not always have the time to properly define an idea. Moreover, your fresh perspective can help you move away from the “standard solution”. That is why as a Consultant you are able to view the situation from a higher level of abstraction.

Consultancy at Vicoma

In the Consultancy department you work on, for example, an investment plan, technical concept or tender for the next phase of a project. You focus on defining the scope, weighing strategic risks, analyzing the payback period and making the business case. You also take into account matters such as the impact of (future) regulations, sustainability goals, operational reliability and safety. If there are several options to achieve the stated goal, you are the one who can advise the customer. For example, about which solution is the most sensible investment or best fits the customer’s long-term strategy.

You support customers with:

  • Optimizing energy management
  • Draw up a master plan for adjustments or maintenance
  • Extending the lifespan of assets
  • Concept design
  • Alternatives studies
  • Techno-economic feasibility studies
  • Scaling up processes or installations
  • Permit processes and subsidy applications
  • Reduce operational costs

We support you by making our training budget available. This allows you to take the course or training you need. In addition, we continuously maintain discussions and provide each other with feedback. In this way we help you realize your ambition and we also learn from your experience.
