Architecture & Construction

As a specialist in our Architecture & Construction department, you work on a variety of issues at Vicoma. Whether you act in the role of Architect, Engineer or Advisor, there are plenty of challenges.

Architect or Construction Engineer at Vicoma

In the position of Architect or Construction Engineer, you ask the right questions to properly understand the customer’s plans. But you also oversee the steps that still need to be taken and make adjustments. You approach a design pragmatically and across the board. And you keep the focus on the primary process, business operations and organization. It is challenging. On the one hand because you work for a wide range of clients and on the other hand because the field of work is changing and becoming increasingly broader.

For example, you support our customers with:

  • Real estate consultancy

  • Complete new construction and renovation projects

  • Optimizations of business processes in relation to real estate

  • Building Inspections

  • Design and engineering of buildings and structures

  • Permit and implementation guidance

  • Sustainability certification according to BREEAM

The interaction with Vicoma’s other disciplines is what makes working in this department unique in our industry. The colleagues from the other disciplines know everything about the processes, production lines and machines in the buildings that are being designed. Through this collaboration you can arrive at the best solution for the issues of the customers you work for.

We also work together on your growth. Because there are also developments in regulations, sustainability ambitions and energy issues in the field of Architecture and Construction. It is therefore important that you always have up-to-date knowledge. To this end, we offer you the opportunity to follow courses and training so that you are aware of the latest knowledge in the field.
