Engineer
You help clients with technical and complex issues to improve their processes. Whatever discipline: process, piping, mechanical, civil & structural, architecture & construction, production lines & machines or electrical engineering & instrumentation; you can contact us.
Manager
As a manager, you are internally concerned with motivating and managing your team. You ensure correct implementation of the project within the set budget, the development of your team and you create the right conditions so that your team members can do their work professionally and with pleasure.
Projectmanagement
As a project leader or project manager you have close contact with the customer and you are the face of Vicoma. You are commercial, maintain an overview, analyze the situation and look ahead to improve processes.
Service
You support the operational organisation from your area of expertise. Whether you work in IT, Marketing & Communications, Sales, HR or Administration, you are the oil that keeps the engine running.
