What can you expect?

Your role
As a Junior Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer, you contribute to the design and calculation of electrical and instrumentation installations within industrial projects. You work partly independently and partly under the guidance of experienced engineers, gradually taking on more responsibility and further developing your technical expertise step by step.
You are part of the E&I engineering team in Groningen, where projects primarily take place in brownfield environments and occasionally in greenfield projects within the new energy sector. In this role, you contribute to projects for clients such as Enexis, Qirion, and Attero.
Together with fellow engineers, team leads, and other disciplines, you work within multidisciplinary project teams.
What will you be doing?
Your responsibilities include, among others:
Designing and developing E&I installations under supervision;
Preparing technical calculations and specifications;
Contributing ideas for technical solutions within your field of expertise;
Preparing design verifications;
Collaborating within multidisciplinary project teams;
Contributing to improvements within your own area of work.

What do you bring?

A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a comparable field);
Recent graduate or about to graduate; work experience is not required;
In possession of a VOL-VCA certificate (or willing to obtain one);
Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
Affinity with sustainability and innovation in the field of electrical & instrumentation within industry;
Willingness to work (occasionally) at client locations.
