As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for securing profitable projects with both new and existing clients. You build sustainable customer relationships and strengthen Vicoma’s commercial strength. In this role, you work closely with the Business Development Manager, other Sales Managers, and branch managers.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
Drafting and aligning the sales plan within the sales team.
Expanding our commercial network within the Netherlands.
Managing the sales process in all phases: from initial contact to the quotation stage.
Proactively leveraging internal expertise to successfully secure assignments.
Advising and persuading clients based on consultative selling.

Job requirements
A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree.
At least 5 years of commercial experience in the industrial sector.
Excellent command of Dutch (C1) and good command of English (speaking C1, writing B2).
Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, perseverance, and a commercial drive.
Experience with consultative selling and CRM systems.
Affinity with sustainability and innovation within the industry.
Willingness to travel extensively.
