As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR processes. You will work together with the HR team and support daily activities, while also working on your own internship assignment (if required).

Are you a curious and proactive student with an interest in HR processes and organizational development? Do you want to do more than just observe and actually contribute within a professional engineering organization?

At Vicoma, as an HR intern you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR processes. You will work closely with the HR team and support daily activities, while also working on your own internship assignment.

As an HR intern, you will support the HR team with various administrative and organizational tasks. You will learn how HR processes work in practice and gain insight into areas such as recruitment, personnel administration, and internal communication.

You will work closely with HR colleagues and regularly interact with employees across the organization.

Would you like to discover how HR operates within a technical and international environment?

What can you do?

We give you the opportunity to explore the HR field across the various domains HR has to offer, such as:

• HR administration (onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding);

• Absence management (including the Gatekeeper Improvement Act);

• Recruitment (you may even manage your own vacancy!);

• Learning & Development (support initiatives or contribute new ideas);

• HR optimization (what can we improve?);

• HR Business Partner tasks, such as writing advisory documents and reviewing employment conditions;

• Learning about recognized sponsorship and employing highly skilled migrants.

In addition, there is also room to conduct your own research with guidance from experienced professionals.

• Currently pursuing an HBO or WO degree in Human Resource Management;

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team;

• Strong communication skills and not afraid to ask questions;

• And proactive and eager to contribute ideas for improvements.

Experience with HR systems is not required; you will learn this during your internship.
