What can you expect?

Your role

As a Project Administrator in Groningen, you are a key link within the office. You ensure that the project administration is properly set up, monitored, and processed, enabling colleagues to rely on accurate and up-to-date information.

You have a broad role in which you combine administrative precision with a hands-on mentality. In addition to being part of the local office team, you are also part of the nationwide team of project administrators.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and invoicing projects in Dynamics 365. You will also act as the key user for Dynamics 365 at the Groningen office, supporting colleagues with any system-related questions. In addition, you will take on facility-related tasks for the office. You will work closely with colleagues from various disciplines on-site, as well as with administrative colleagues at other locations. The combination of administration, system usage, and support makes this a varied role with a high level of autonomy.

What makes this position particularly interesting is that Vicoma has recently transitioned to a new ERP system. This creates room for your own input, initiative, and a pioneering mindset. We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys thinking along, identifying improvements, and bringing structure.

• A completed MBO-level education;

• Relevant experience in administrative role is an nice additional benefit;

• Strong command of both Dutch (C1) and English (B2);

• Affinity with sustainability and innovation within the industrial sector;

• You feel comfortable in a role with a high degree of independence and responsibility;

• And the willingness to (occasionally) work at client locations.
